Welcome to the ceremony in honor of Aphrodite Limenia!

This ceremony is dedicated to honor the comings and goings from our home, our sacred ports and spaces from where we enter the daily life and outside world.

Sometimes we leave for longer, sometimes for shorter periods but in this ceremony we honor the haven we are leaving from. When the air changes and autumn season comes many may seek a new home, prepare for travels or adjust again to daily going to work and back.

Our Port is not only physical but it is also a way of being with ourselves we feel most comfortable and safe to be with, an inner haven to ground and come back home to our innermost being.


— Needed material:

  • your home keys
  • your passport or some item that symbolizes you the travelling you do in everyday life
  • some container like larger bowl with water
  • a wooden small ship
  • tree leaf or some small item that floats and symbolizes a traveling vessel to you
Participate to the Ceremony, supporting the Temple of the Great Goddess!

To participate to the ceremonies we ask for a minimum contribution of €5 as a donation to support the Temple.
